Pokemon: Secrets Of The Jungle Heads Over To Netflix
Secrets of the Jungle was originally set to debut in Japan in the summer of 2020. However, the pandemic caused it to be pushed back to December 2012. This meant that the release coincided with Zarude’s download codes, the mythical Pokemon star, making their way to Western shores. It also happened as Pokemon Sword and Shield’s Crown of Thundra expansions were still quite fresh with the 8th Generation Pokemon.
It was because the Dark/Grass Zarude, the main character in Secrets of the Jungle where the Pokemon’s talking Dada forms, adopts a boy called Koko in the mysterious Forest of Okoya close to the anime-exclusive Milyfa Town. The show will be available on Netflix beginning October 8. Ash and Pikachu go on their next adventure to the natural landmark. However, they discover that the forest is under threat from an Avatar-like environmental catastrophe that threatens the lives of all the Flygon, Flappy and Drilbur that live there.
As guaranteed comedy relief, Team Rocket’s Jessie and James from Team Rocket are all still around. Although Secrets of the Jungle clearly draws inspiration from The Jungle Book’s characters, the film has received many positive reviews. This makes it one of the best Pokemon movies.
Pokemon the Movie Secrets of the Jungle will be the sequel to Netflix’s highly successful streaming release of Mewtwo Strikes Back-Evolutionlast years. This was after the CGI-style remake of the original film made it the 2020’s most-watched anime. Even though Shining Pearl’s Pokedex and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond are not up to the mark, there is still plenty to look forward to for those who prefer to watch their Pokemon in video games.
Trainers are still busy with New Pokemon Snap’s update. There’s plenty of time left and more Pokemon to catch before Legends: Arceus, which will bring its potentially groundbreaking gameplay to the Nintendo Switch next year. Enjoy Pokémon: Secrets of the Jungle this autumn.
